Customers currently pay directly to the shop in cash when they collect their order or at the table. A fully integrated online payment gateway is coming soon — this will allow customers to pay digitally right from the menu. We'll notify all shops when this goes live.

Each table gets its own unique QR code generated from your dashboard. Customers scan the QR code with their phone camera — no app download needed — and are taken straight to your digital menu. They can browse, add items to cart, and place an order. You receive the order in real time on your dashboard.

Yes. From the Tables & QR section in your dashboard you can create as many tables as your plan allows, generate individual QR codes for each, and accept table reservations from customers. Customers who reserve will receive a countdown confirmation page with their reservation details.
